The Tech-Infused $15 Million Superyacht

The award-winning Adastra launched in 2012 is an effort by Shuttleworth Design to create an upscale and comfortable yacht that fit the needs of an experienced (and extravagant) voyaging family. The result was a jaw-dropping display of modern design — an innovative 42.5-meter superyacht that features cutting-edge technology and a striking, futuristic look. As the original owner and his family bring their voyaging days to an end, the spec’d out superyacht isn’t getting much use anymore and in July 2019, it was listed for sale. Check out photos of this gorgeous, one-of-a-kind vessel, built for the adventurous and experienced sailor.

Ivanka Trump's DC Home

Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and their three children Arabela, Joseph and Theodore, now live in a $5.5 million home in the Kalorama section of the city, the same D.C. neighborhood that the Obamas moved into after they left the White House. At first it wasn't clear if the 6,870-square-foot house was purchased, but it's been confirmed it's being rented from Chilean billionaire Andrónico Luksic for $15,000 per month. The mansion has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and five wood-burning fireplaces, and features a terrace off of the main bedroom, a library, sunroom and garden.

Ford Reveals the Gamer-designed Ford P1

The Ford P1 was crafted out of a unique, collaborative effort between Ford and its official eSports team, Fordzilla. The design was partially inspired by the classic Ford GT, but input from the automaker’s gamers really drove the vision for this futuristic, virtually-rendered concept vehicle. Ford says to expect a full-sized model to be built before the end of 2020. In the meantime, check out the awesome first-look photos of the world’s first virtual concept car – the Ford P1.
