Once you accept how anchor-like certain memories of the past have become, you'll experience wonderful liberation on offer. Whether you nurture grudges, resentments, or both, remind yourself that the past doesn't exist. Of course, that doesn't mean you should forget how or why anything painful or upsetting occurred. But bad memories need and create negative energy. It's time to lose that.
We often hear people use analogies involving bottles when suppressing or concealing feelings. But this could be a time when the cap pops, and you're prepared to speak openly - and possibly bluntly. But try not to make this all about release on your part. Somebody close would probably appreciate knowing you listen as much as you talk.
